Maxpay is an international, integrated payment processor providing payment solutions and services for any type of online business. The company focuses on offering consulting services as well as providing technical and legal expertise. The service was launched in 2014 by a professional team with over 10 years of experience in e-commerce. The company works with the largest acquirer banks in Europe, the USA, Canada, Great Britain, and Asia.

 

We invite an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • meet and exceed monthly sales objectives;
  • prospect, qualify and sell to potential customers and investigate selling opportunities within new segments and markets;
  • contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings and presentations;
  • close sales and develop a future sales plan for additional services that will further benefit your customer base;
  • regularly and effectively communicate prospect status within sales cycle;
  • work closely with the product development team in order to come up with a specific;
  • the value proposition for a Customer Business Segment and to a specific merchant to meet its business needs;
  • maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure all sales are properly generated, processed efficiently, and activated quickly to achieve high levels of merchant satisfaction.
     

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer support;
    experience in SaaS, B2B (most likely but not mandatory in fintech, banking, payments or related industry);
  • a bachelor's degree, preferably in management, business communications, or banking;
  • experience in developing business cases, and sales forecasting;
  • knowledge of basic tools for lead generation, processing, and nurturing;
  • ability to find a correct approach to each customer and his business needs;
  • strong negotiation and objection-handling skills;
  • passionate about solving problems, especially those that will bring success to the account and the individual customer;
  • goal-oriented, easy learning, self-motivated and friendly;
  • customer-focused and open-minded;
  • English – fluent (both – oral and written).
